New Era Staffing & HR Solutions is partnering with an established industrial plastics manufacturer to hire a CNC Machine Operator / Production Associate to join their growing team in Tacoma. This position is ideal for someone with previous CNC operation or manufacturing machine operation experience who is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with room to grow. This role is designed to develop into a backup and assistant to the Shop Lead. You'll receive hands-on training while expanding your skills with CNC equipment and other industrial manufacturing machinery.
