Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep specialist, where your energy and attention to detail will help create a seamless dining experience. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your dedication ensures that food safety standards are upheld while contributing to efficient kitchen operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop culinary skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced food service setting. The majority of hours for this position are daytime hours; Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety. Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, chopping, and portioning ingredients following recipe guidelines. Support the culinary team in meal assembly and basic food prep to facilitate timely service. Operate kitchen equipment safely. Maintain high standards of food handling and safety procedures in accordance with health regulations. Keep the kitchen area clean by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste properly throughout shifts. Experience Training will be provided for motivated candidates. Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently is a plus. Strong communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff and support team efforts in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of food safety management practices and proper sanitation procedures is essential for success. Pay:
$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
