Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher, where your energy and dedication will help deliver exceptional dining experiences. Duties Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly to ensure timely service during busy hours Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dishes, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards Support menu planning by organizing ingredients and ensuring proper storage of supplies Assist with food handling and cooking tasks, including chopping, sautéing, grilling, and plating dishes Follow all food safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring presentation meets quality expectations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality meal preparation throughout shifts Skills Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with special dietary needs and meal modifications Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques are highly desirable Previous restaurant or kitchen experience provides a solid foundation for success in this role Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is essential Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in meal preparation and food service Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively within the kitchen environment A passion for culinary arts, catering, fine dining experience, or food industry work will help you excel in this role Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us—where your skills will shine, your efforts are valued, and every shift brings new opportunities to learn and grow!

$15.00 - $22.00 per hour
