Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment following health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team. Support bussing efforts by clearing tables and transporting dirty dishes to the dishwashing area. Ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked and organized for optimal workflow. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment focused on hospitality and teamwork. Skills Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Basic culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques are a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
