Golf Shop & Driving Range Attendant Reports To:

Part-Time, Hourly Job Summary:
First Tee•Northwest Arkansas is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building character and life skills in youth through the game of golf. The Golf Shop & Driving Range Attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming and organized environment for participants, families, and guests. This position is responsible for managing golf shop operations, maintaining the driving range, and assisting with First Tee programming as needed . Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a positive experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Golf Shop Operations Provide exceptional customer service to participants, families, and guests. Greet visitors, check them in, and assist with purchases. Answer phone calls and provide information about programs, memberships, and events. Assist with merchandise sales, inventory management, and restocking . Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming golf shop environment. Driving Range & Facility Maintenance Set up and maintain driving range stations to ensure a great practice experience. Regularly collect and clean range balls using ball pickers and washers. Ensure golf balls, baskets, and other range equipment are stocked and in good condition. Keep the facility and practice areas clean and organized . Assist with minor facility maintenance as needed.
Other Responsibilities:
Represent First Tee•Northwest Arkansas in a professional and friendly manner . Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations & Programs .
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team . Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment . Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions . Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a golf shop, driving range, or customer service role is a plus.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Hours:
20-25hrs/week, including weekends and evenings .
Compensation:
$12•$16 per hour (based on experience).
