Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Cart Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all carts are organized, clean, and readily available for guests. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive and depart. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all golf carts, ensuring carts are in good condition. Maintain condition and maintenance of guest carts as well as crew carts, ensuring proper standards are met. Assist guests with any inquiries or requests related to cart usage or resort amenities. Monitor the availability of carts and ensure they are returned promptly after use. Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional guest services throughout the resort. Address any guest concerns or conflicts in a professional manner, utilizing conflict management skills. Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of resort offerings. Setting up amphitheater for upcoming events. General maintenance and labor needs around the club as needed. Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Experience working with children or in food service environments is a plus. Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle guest interactions. Able to lift 50lbs Able to work outdoors in variety of weather conditions.
