Phoenix Country Club , located in Phoenix, AZ , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Recreation Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Part-Time Hourly Rate:
$15.00 - $16.00 Must be available: Sun-Tues 7:45am-3pm We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recreation/Childcare Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and a proven ability to create and implement engaging activities. Key Responsibilities Promote a safe, fun, and engaging place for children 6 months - 7 years old. Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Maintain a clean and organized space. Check and respond to registration requests regularly and maintain reservation records. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a childcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive and outgoing personality Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Confidence in administering effective behavior management techniques. CPR and first aid certified preferred (we can offer this)Physical Requirements:
Ability to engage in physical activities, including lifting and carrying materials and small children.Benefits & Other Compensation:
