📍 Los Angeles, CA (On-site) About the Role Ordient Entertainment is seeking a motivated Entertainment Recruiter to identify, recruit, and onboard talented creators, dancers, livestream hosts, MCs, and entertainment professionals. This role is ideal for someone with strong networking skills, talent scouting experience, and a passion for the creator economy and live entertainment industry. Responsibilities Source and recruit creators, dancers, MCs, livestream hosts, and entertainment talent Conduct outreach through TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, agencies, and industry networks Screen candidates and coordinate interviews/auditions Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking Support onboarding and talent activation Build relationships with dance studios, talent agencies, and entertainment communities Assist with recruitment events, campaigns, and talent showcases Qualifications Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, casting, or entertainment industry preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Familiarity with TikTok, social media, and creator culture Organized and able to manage multiple candidates simultaneously Self-motivated and results-driven Preferred Experience recruiting creators, dancers, influencers, or performers Existing network within the entertainment industry Compensation Base Salary + Performance Bonuses Growth opportunities within talent and creator operations
