Job Description

Established personal injury law firm seeks a professional and organized Bilingual Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our supportive and highly collaborative team in the Beverly Hills/West Hollywood area . This role is perfect for a bilingual professional who enjoys providing exceptional client service and wants an opportunity to grow within a respected law firm.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency Process mail, handle faxing, and maintain accurate scanning/filing systems Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and visitors Handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional office experience
Qualifications:
Required:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) - must be fluent in both languages Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email systems) Professional appearance and demeanor Problem-solving mindset with ability to think critically Customer service experience preferred Previous office, receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred Experience in a legal office is a plus but not required
