Role:

Code 4 Private Security is seeking reliable and professional Pool Attendants for a residential community in Chino. This position focuses on monitoring the pool area, ensuring residents follow community rules, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment.

Shift Details:

We are currently hiring for the following shifts: 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM 5:30 PM - 10:30 PM Weekends required.

Responsibilities:

Monitor pool area to ensure safety and rule compliance Check resident access and prevent unauthorized entry Maintain a visible presence at all times Ensure pool area remains clean and organized Report any unsafe behavior, incidents, or maintenance issues Enforce community rules in a professional and respectful manner Assist residents with general questions when needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to remain attentive and professional in a public setting Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a pool attendant or in a customer service role CPR/First Aid certification Experience working in residential or HOA communities
