In this lively role, you'll be the ambassador of hospitality, guiding players, managing course flow, and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment. Your energetic presence will help create memorable moments for golfers of all ages while upholding the highest standards of service and safety. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine outdoor activity with customer engagement in a vibrant resort setting. Duties Welcome guests warmly, providing information about the course, rules, and upcoming events to enhance their experience Monitor play to ensure smooth flow and adherence to pace of play guidelines, assisting groups as needed Enforce safety protocols by observing player behavior, managing conflicts, and addressing any course hazards promptly Assist with guest services such as providing equipment, arranging carts, and supporting special event activities Support event management efforts by coordinating tournament setups or group outings on the course Skills Strong customer service and guest relations skills to create welcoming and enjoyable experiences Experience in conflict management to handle disputes or unruly behavior professionally and calmly Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and course operations; familiarity with golf equipment is a plus Ability to work well with children and diverse groups in a lively environment This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive outdoors, enjoy engaging with people, and want to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering unforgettable experiences.
