Position Overview:

We are currently hiring professional Security Officers and Ushers to ensure the safety and comfort of event attendees, staff, and vehicles during Monterey Car Week. The roles are seasonal, full of excitement, and vital to the success of the event.

Job Positions & Scope:

Security Officer:

Responsible for patrolling event premises, monitoring for security breaches, and ensuring the safety of attendees, staff, and property.

Usher:

Assist guests with directions, manage crowd flow, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience at the event.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Security Officer:

Conduct regular patrols of the event area, including parking lots, entrances, and VIP zones, Report any suspicious activity. Enforce event policies and safety procedures. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances. Assist with vehicle and pedestrian traffic control. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times. Complete detailed incident reports as needed.

Usher:

Greet guests warmly and provide directions or assistance as needed. Manage crowd flow and seating arrangements at event venues. Check tickets or credentials for event access. Provide information about the event, schedules, and facilities. Assist with any guest inquiries or concerns to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with security personnel to maintain safety.
