Join the Team at Wild Wings Golf Club! Wild Wings Golf Club is a welcoming 9-hole public golf facility serving golfers of all ages and skill levels. We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Golf Shop Attendant to be the first friendly face our guests see when they arrive. Position Summary The Golf Shop Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting with the daily operations of the golf shop. This includes checking in golfers, managing tee times, operating the point-of-sale system, selling merchandise, assisting with tournaments and leagues, and helping ensure an outstanding guest experience from arrival to departure. Essential Responsibilities Welcome golfers with a friendly and professional attitude. Check in players, collect green fees, cart fees, and other charges. Schedule and manage tee times using the club's reservation system. Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately. Sell golf merchandise, snacks, beverages, and golf accessories. Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and general inquiries. Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive golf shop. Assist with league play, tournaments, and special events. Monitor the first tee and communicate with staff to help maintain pace of play. Explain course rules, daily conditions, and local policies to guests. Opening and closing procedures. Restock merchandise and beverages as needed. Perform light cleaning duties inside and around the clubhouse. Pull out golf carts and ensure carts are ready for play. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or General Manager. Qualifications Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Golf knowledge preferred but not required. Comfortable using computers and POS systems. Dependable, organized, and able to multitask. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 18 years old. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Lift up to 30 pounds. Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Bend, reach, and perform light physical tasks throughout the day. What We Offer Fun, team-oriented work environment.
