Job Description

Job Summary In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and service Ford cars, trucks, and SUVs using state-of-the-art Ford diagnostic equipment and tools. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical knowledge of Ford powertrains, electrical systems, and modern vehicle technology (including EcoBoost engines and Ford PowerShift/SelectShift transmissions), with a track record of high repair quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Utilize Ford diagnostic systems to accurately diagnose complex engine, transmission, and electrical issues Perform teardowns and repairs on engines, fuel system components, turbochargers, after-treatment systems. and other components Execute high-level repairs on transmissions, 4WD systems, and heavy-duty suspension/steering components Conduct thorough road tests and multi-point inspections to verify repairs and ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards Maintain clear and accurate records of all work performed, including diagnostic steps and parts used, in compliance with manufacturer warranty requirements Qualifications Professional experience specifically focused on Ford platforms Active ASE Certifications (preferred) Ford Factory Training credentials (preferred) Deep familiarity with Ford's proprietary diagnostic software and specialized tooling Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Benefits We offer one of the most competitive Benefits packages in the industry to all full-time team members as well as part-time team members who are deemed eligible based on a minimum hours requirement.
