Country Club of Colorado , located in Colorado Springs, CO , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Recreation Desk Attendant ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Front Desk Duties Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner Assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries related to recreational facilities and activities. Provide accurate information about club services, events, and amenities. Handle cash transactions and maintain records of sales. Pool Area Management Monitor pool area to ensure safety regulations are observed. Enforce pool rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, administering first aid as needed. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including arranging chairs and umbrellas. Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner Assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries related to recreational facilities and activities. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including arranging chairs and umbrellas. Anticipate and address member and guest needs promptly and courteously. Proactively resolves issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience. Foster a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for all patrons. Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless operations. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.
