Job Description

Job Description Summary The Box Office Associate is responsible for providing excellent service to patrons attending ticketed events at Lisner Auditorium and other venues on GW's campus. Responsibilities include selling tickets using the Ticketmaster platform (TM1 Sales), assist patrons who have issues with their tickets, answer questions and provide information in person and via phone and email regarding ticket prices, seating, parking, and other general information, assisting with ticket scanning and troubleshooting as patrons enter the venue, and maintaining a positive, professional manner with patrons and other staff. Minimum Qualifications Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma/ GED plus at least 2 years of relevant professional experience
