Duties:
Greet residents and guests courteously upon arrival to the pool area. Monitor pool activity to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, furniture, and surrounding areas. Set up and break down umbrellas, chairs, and towels as needed throughout the day. Provide towels and assist residents or guests with seating arrangements. Enforce pool rules and ensure compliance with community and safety regulations. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or incidents promptly to management. Collaborate with security, concierge, and maintenance teams to support seamless operations.
Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and perform light physical tasks. Responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail.
