Pool Attendant Terrazas at Lyfe Hollywood, FL Job Details Full-time $22.10 - $26.61 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description As a Pool Server at Terrazas at Hyde, your duties and responsibilities are as follows: 1. Be On Time Make sure you arrive ON TIME for every scheduled shift. 2. Inspect the Pool Area The first task of every Pool Server shift is to: Inspect the pool deck. Check the bars, bar stools, and sofas. Check the walk-in cooler for cleanliness and organization. 3. Create a Daily Action Plan Check that all garnishes are prepared and cut. Make sure you have enough disposable glassware, to-go containers, roll-ups, and plastic silverware. Make sure all ashtrays are clean before storing them. Make sure you have enough roll-ups.
DO NOT TAKE ROLL-UPS FROM THE BUS STATION.
You are responsible for making 25 roll-ups at the beginning and end of your shift. Make sure you have plenty of pool menus. Make sure all CABANAS are clean and that the tables are wiped down and free of stains. Help collect used towels whenever possible and dispose of them in the proper bins. 4. Be Proactive Sell, sell, sell! Remember to

. Always be cordial and respectful to guests. Interact with customers and introduce any special promotions or cocktails of the day. Always help keep the pool area clean. Do not hand menus to guests while they are inside the pool. Do not serve food inside the pool. Keep yourself BUSY when it is slow. There is always something you can do. Look around and clean wherever needed. 5. Make Customers Your Number-One Priority As a Pool Server, YOUR
NUMBER-ONE PRIORITY IS OUR CUSTOMERS
. The level of service provided is your responsibility and reflects directly on you. You MUST ensure that all customers are satisfied with their drinks and service. Interact with customers to confirm they are satisfied. When a customer is not satisfied, take immediate action to resolve the issue. You will be held accountable for negative reviews, comments, or feedback regarding the restaurant's service. Any issue can be resolved promptly when you are aware of it and become involved as soon as it happens. Maintain open communication with customers at all times. 6. Maintain a Professional Image As a Pool Server, you are part of the image of Terrazas at Hyde. You must carry yourself professionally through your attitude and attire. Always wear your complete uniform and name tag. 7. Closing Responsibilities Collect all sales receipts. Make sure all credit vouchers are signed, the customer's name is written clearly, and all sales are posted before counting your money. Prepare 25 roll-ups. Restock your cooler. Walk around the pool and collect any remaining glassware. Clean all lounge and cabana tables.
