Full Job Description Job Opening:

Part-Time Beach/Pool Security Attendant We are currently seeking attentive, responsible, and friendly individuals to join our team as part-time Beach/Pool Security Attendants. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, outdoor environment while ensuring the safety and comfort of residents and their guests.

Shift:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday - hours may vary.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the beach and pool areas to ensure a safe and secure environment. Enforce community rules and guidelines in a courteous and professional manner. Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies. Maintain a visible and approachable presence throughout your shift. Communicate effectively with residents, management, and emergency personnel when necessary. Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns. Assist with light setup or cleanup in pool and beach areas as needed.

Job Requirements:

Must speak English (bilingual Spanish preferred). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Availability to work part-time, including weekends and holidays. Positive, professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude. Prior experience in security, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required. Ability to follow safety protocols and handle situations calmly and efficiently.

Pay:

Schedule:

30 Hours (part-time) Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available Holidays as needed

Location:

Key Biscayne, FL 33149 (in-person position) Must be able to commute or relocate prior to starting work.
