About the Position The Pool and Beach Attendant plays a key role in providing a fun, safe, and relaxing environment for guests. This position requires an upbeat, positive attitude, strong attention to safety, and a commitment to excellent guest service in all pool and beach recreation areas. Key Responsibilities Promote a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere by engaging with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner Monitor activities in and around pool and beach facilities and respond appropriately to emergencies in accordance with established procedures Enforce all pool and beach rules and regulations to ensure guest safety Identify situations where guests may be unable to safely participate in activities and promptly notify a supervisor or manager Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive Perform daily operational duties including obtaining, folding, and organizing towels according to company procedures Report all accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, and maintenance concerns to management Follow all company safety, security, and operational policies and complete required safety training and certifications Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards Protect confidential and proprietary company information and safeguard company assets Work collaboratively with team members, treating all coworkers with respect and professionalism Support team goals and comply with quality assurance standards Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Must be available to work weekends and holidays Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must have reliable transportation- own vehicle
