Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $16 per hour. The shifts available now are Saturdays and Sundays, 11am-7pm and 6am-2pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintains constant surveillance of individuals in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of all individuals in the event of an emergency. Advise residents and guests of improper activities or hazards and enforces and adheres to facility rules and regulations. Always presents a professional appearance and attitude. Must follow NFC Uniform and Grooming Standards. Maintains a high standard of customer service. Performs various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility. Prepares and maintains appropriate activity reports. Accurately records time in/out by following the Company's Time and Attendance system. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies. Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions. Effective communication skills and positive engagement with clients.
