Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool and Beach Attendant to join our team at a premier residential condominium. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and guest services, ensuring that all visitors have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience by the pool. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage events, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Monitor pool activities to ensure safety and compliance with all regulations. Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including seating, and surrounding spaces. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively using conflict management skills. Ensure that all safety equipment is in place and functioning properly. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Strong public speaking skills to engage with guests during events or activities. Lifeguard certification is highly desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided for the right candidate. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
