Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $17.00 per hour. The schedule is Thursday through Saturday. Shifts are either 9am-2pm or 2pm-7pm.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients. Ensures the "5 Diamond Experience" by maintaining the standards set in the NFC Amenity Management Mission Statement. Performs a facility walk-through every 15 minutes to ensure all equipment is in working order and the area is orderly. Completes daily shift reports and any other mandatory reports. Responsible for a thorough understanding and effective performance of NFC Management Software. Maintains and organizes the work area. Responds to all requests and follows through to ensure a satisfactory outcome. Offers client assistance whenever possible. Complies with all safety and security policies set by NFC Amenity Management. Involves cross-training in other areas of operations. Books all spa and personal training appointments promptly. Welcome and acknowledge all guests using NFC-approved terminology. Open and close the fitness center facility at the beginning and end of operating hours. Maintain general cleanliness of the exercise areas, fitness equipment, spa, and locker rooms. Abide by NFC grooming standards. Gracefully enforce rules and regulations.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Must have an outgoing personality. Must be hospitality-driven and offer any necessary assistance to clients and guests. Must be able to adhere to a work schedule by arriving on time and wearing the proper uniform. Must possess the ability to multitask. Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) & the Internet. Professional phone skills. Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork. Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions. Effective communication skills and engaging positively with clients.
