Why This Role Matters At Kimpton Vero Beach, the pool deck and oceanfront beach are where our guests spend their most memorable moments. As a Pool, Beach and Server Attendant, you are the face of that experience. You are not just setting up chairs. You are setting the tone for someone's vacation, anniversary, or a family's first morning at the ocean. That matters, and we take it seriously. What You'll Do You will work across both our pool and beachfront, delivering warm, attentive, and proactive food, beverage, and amenity service from open to close every day.

Your responsibilities include:

Greeting guests and providing personalized food and beverage service at both the pool and beach throughout the day. Taking and delivering food and drink orders directly to guests in a timely and professional manner. Setting up and breaking down chairs, umbrellas, and towels to Kimpton standards. Executing our complimentary hors d'oeuvres program during the afternoon service window. Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of both venues throughout your shift. Completing a thorough closing checklist at the end of each day to ensure both venues are properly secured and ready for the next morning. What You Bring A genuine passion for hospitality and taking care of people. Prior guest-facing food and beverage or server experience preferred. Ability to work outdoors in a physically active role in Florida heat and sun. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
