Achasta Golf Club , located in Dahlonega, GA , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Golf Services Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Job Description The Outside Services Attendant supports all outside golf operations, including: Golf cart fleet management Driving range maintenance Putting and chipping green upkeep General facility and grounds cleanliness Essential Duties & Responsibilities Guest Service Greet all guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. 1 person at the bag drop at all times Utilize golf cart to pick up members/guests

Ensure each cart contains:
1 pencil 1 scorecard 2 bottles of sand Cooler flipped and clean Fill in tee slots- 8 total per cart 2 towels in each cart Inspect carts for damage or wear and report issues to the Pro Shop. Damage cart steps
- Fill out damage cart report card and place it on the steering wheel
- place a towel on the center of the windshield Maintain a minimum of 7 carts staged at all times. Assign 2 golfers per cart when possible. Follow all safety procedures when operating carts. 1 pencil 1 scorecard 2 bottles of sand Cooler flipped and clean Fill in tee slots
- 8 total per cart 2 towels in each cart Driving Range & Practice Areas See Richie for diagram and set up Keep range stocked throughout shift (pick during slow periods).
Sunday closers:
Remove all range equipment from range and chipping green. Grounds & Facility Maintenance Maintain cleanliness of: Player entrance Staging area Driving range Chipping and putting greens Pro shop exterior Walk paths Start hut Cart barn Keep work areas clean and organized (bag drop & cart barn). Take trash out nightly and ensure it is placed inside dumpster. Player entrance Staging area Driving range Chipping and putting greens Pro shop exterior Walk paths Start hut Cart barn Team & Operations Coordinate with Pro Shop to maintain proper cart availability. Assist Assistant Golf Professional with tournaments and outings. Attend required employee meetings and orientation. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Grab a radio and tee sheet at the start of each shift. Qualifications Prior golf experience preferred. Excellent communication and listening skills. Positive interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Self-motivated; able to take initiative without supervision. Ability to lift 25 lbs and bend frequently. Able to work outdoors in hot and cold weather. Daily Task Checklist Opening Duties Clock in Grab radio and tee sheet Fill sand bottles on holes 1 & 11 (no empty bottles on course or in cans) Fill sand buckets (range and cart barn) Check carts while staging: Fully stocked Trash-free GPS working Update bag stand information Pick and restock range Wash range balls and clean ball washer Leave station clean Clock out Fully stocked Trash-free GPS working Closing Duties Clock in Wash, scrub, and stock all carts Ensure carts are trash-free and plugged in Pick and restock range Fill sand buckets Wash range balls and clean ball washer Move range equipment back 3-6 feet Sunday closers: Fully pick range Remove and store range stands Check sand bottles on 1 & 11 Take trash to dumpster (do not leave on top of cans) Leave station clean Clock out Fully pick range Remove and store range stands Cleanliness is a top priority for the Outside Services Attendant. All work areas must be kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times, not just at the end of a shift. Cleanliness Expectations Maintain exceptional cleanliness at all work stations throughout the shift. Work stations must be guest-ready at all times, including during slow periods. Do not leave trash, loose equipment, or clutter unattended. If you see something out of place, fix it immediately—do not wait to be told. Range balls, baskets, and equipment must be clean, organized, and stored properly. Windshield and black areas on golf cart- cleaner on the way and will be done daily Washed and scrubbed Trash-free Properly stocked Neatly parked in the cart barn End-of-Shift Standard Your station should look better when you leave than when you arrived.
