Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
Picks practice tee and target area to ensure a constant supply of range balls available for golfers. Cleans and stacks balls throughout the day according to demand. Maintains a neat and orderly practice green setup throughout the day. Performs necessary duties to keep the practice facility clean of debris, broken golf tees, and any other items. Greets golfers and provides assistance and customer service to all member and guests. Ensures that all standards of service and appearance are being met. Breaks down and sets up practice area to ensure the range is clean and set for the next day. Maintains radio or other contact with the shop for up-to-date information on a regular basis. Assists in other areas of golf operations as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements/Experience/Education:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs periodically throughout the day. Must be physically able to bend and lift repeatedly throughout the day. Must be able to work in varying weather conditions, from extreme heat to cold based on the season. Neat, well groomed, professional appearance. Golf knowledge and experience preferred. Physical capabilities include carrying golf bags and practice facility equipment.
Schedule:
Golf Operations operates 7 days per week including holidays.
Safety Responsibilities and Requirements:
Performs job responsibilities according to the company safety and training programs. Reports safety or hazard concerns to management. Reports any on the job injury to management. Takes personal responsibility for safety every day.
