The Standard Club is a premier private country club dedicated to providing exceptional dining, recreational, and social experiences for our members.
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking courteous, dependable, and energetic Golf Services Attendants to join our Golf Department. This front-line position is essential to delivering the exceptional member and guest experience our club is known for. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and enjoys working in an outdoor golf environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests upon arrival and departure with a professional, friendly attitude Assist with loading and unloading golf bags Stage and clean golf carts for member and guest use Maintain cleanliness and organization of bag drop, cart barn, and practice facilities Monitor and restock supplies such as scorecards, towels, tees, and water stations Provide information about tee times, course rules, or general club information Support golf operations staff with tournaments, outings, and events Ensure golf experience meets club standards of excellence
Qualifications:
Previous experience in golf or hospitality setting preferred, but not required Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
