Job Description

Golf Outside Services Attendant FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt Start Date:
ASAP Top Roles (not limited to): Member Experience Practice Facility Management Cart Cleanliness & Safe Usage Bag Storage Organization Job Tasks (including but not limited to): Attends to member's and guest's golf needs wile maintaining a friendly, outgoing demeanor Maintains the golf cart barn and range Cleans and transports golf clubs to and from members and the bag drop Picks golf balls off the driving range and resupplies the range Washes and maintains the golf carts
Education/Knowledge Required:
General golf knowledge and any experience in the service/hospitality industry is preferred
Skills/Abilities Required:
Highly motivated, goal driven, self-starter and a strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team. Excellent customer service skills and an open, courteous and friendly personality. Must be able to efficiently handle of multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines, prioritizing appropriately and providing excellent customer service.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform tasks outdoors in high temperatures Must be able to lift objects in excess of 30 lbs. Climbing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, standing, and walking Drug-Free workplace
Environmental/Working Conditions:
Work is performed in private club. Frequent contact with members, guests, employees and outside vendors, etc. Continual member and guest contact may involve dealing with angry or upset people.
