The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Golf Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the golf course and related activities, while maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in procedures. Manage tee times and coordinate with players to ensure an enjoyable experience on the course. Assist with events management, including partied and special occasions, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Provide guest services by answering questions, offering recommendations, and addressing any concerns that may arise. Monitor the golf course conditions and report any issues to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, pro shop, and surrounding areas. Support food service operations as needed, including serving food and beverages to guests. Engage in public speaking during events or announcements to enhance guest experience. Utilize conflict management skills to resolve any disputes or issues that may occur among guests. Experience Preferred candidates will possess experience in customer service or hospitality roles, particularly within resort environments or recreational facilities. Skills in events management, cash handling, food service, and guest services are highly desirable. Experience working with children or lifeguard certification is a plus, as is familiarity with theater settings which can enhance guest engagement. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
