As a Lead Recreation Attendant , you're not just supervising daily recreation operations - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: 1 year customer service background in a fast paced environment ideal. A service heart to deliver a high level of service to our guests and team members. Ability to work outdoors during any season climate.
Shift Pattern:
10-hour shift (Schedule shell: 7:00am - 8:00pm) 4 days a week that would include weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Supervise recreation operations: Oversee recreation-related pool, fitness center, and food & beverage services, activities, and programming Lead the recreation team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members Oversee recreation set up: Manage chair and cabana setup, towel service, and personalized poolside amenities; oversee furniture setup for special events Deliver exceptional service: Monitor service quality, engage with guests to assess satisfaction, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally Manage inventory and supplies: Oversee linen, amenities, and food & beverage inventory to ensure proper stock levels and minimize loss Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
