Job Description
Job Overview Indian Lakes Golf Club is a privately owned 9-hole golf course located in Boise, ID looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused team member to join our golf course staff. This is a part-time position and a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, stays positive in a busy environment, and is willing to help wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly. Golf course experience is preferred, but not required. We are happy to train the right person who has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and an interest in golf. What You'll Do Greet members and guests in a welcoming, professional manner Answer phones and assist with booking tee times Manage schedules and create appointments Process golf, retail, and service purchases Help guests with merchandise, memberships, and general course information Prepare golf carts and assist with daily cart operations Support the team with general clubhouse and golf course duties as needed Help maintain a friendly, organized, and energetic environment for guests and staff What We're Looking For Positive, team-first attitude Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Strong customer service and communication skills Experience managing schedules and creating appointments Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting Enjoys interacting with guests and providing a great experience Previous golf course experience is preferred, but not required Perks Flexible scheduling Free golfing privileges Employee discounts Supportive team environment with opportunities to learn and grow Background Check Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Idaho. About the Role This is a hands-on customer service position where no two days are exactly the same.
