AND PERFORMANCE GOALS
Provide quality, value-added professional service in the theatre area to meet or exceed brand standards for quality of service, provide guest helpfulness, and guest friendliness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): Must be courteous and professional at all times Must be able to react quickly to seating issues and customer concerns calmly Must be punctual and well-groomed at each performance Must be flexible for scheduling purposes including
  • Mainstage
  • 12p.m
  • 4:30p.m.; 7p.m. to 11:30p.m. weekdays 3:30 p.m
  • 11:30 p.m. Saturday; 12p.m
  • 8:30 p.m. Children's Theatre
  • 9 am
  • 2:30 pm Monday
  • Sunday General housekeeping duties including vacuuming, dusting and picking up trash.
Direct and accompany patrons who must leave their seats during a performance, always keeping safety of patron and actors in mind. Take tickets, scan and check for accurate date and time then direct patrons to the proper seating location or on to the next usher for seating assistance Always treats guests, actors and other staff members with respect and courtesy Must become familiar with areas in which costume changes are taking place as well as timing For set pieces going on and off the stage and comfortable with holding customers from these areas in a safe and courteous manner.

  • House Manager Take direction from the House Manager in a positive and receptive manner.
Follow all theatre and hotel policies

HOURS Due to the business demands of the theatre, any employee may be required to work rotating shifts, including weekends, night shifts, and/or overtime. Also, depending on business demands, hours may be reduced at any time.
