In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests, ensuring the smooth operation of our mini golf course, and providing exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and attention to safety will help guests of all ages enjoy a fun-filled day while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, engage with diverse visitors, and develop valuable skills in hospitality, event management, and guest relations. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide information about the mini golf course, rules, and safety guidelines Monitor the course to ensure smooth gameplay and address any guest concerns promptly Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the course, including equipment and surrounding areas Enforce safety protocols, including manual handling procedures and emergency response actions such as CPR or first aid if needed Manage cash handling and processing transactions through POS (Point of Sale) systems for game rentals or merchandise sales Assist with event setup and management for special occasions or group bookings, ensuring all activities run seamlessly Handle conflict management by resolving guest disputes professionally while maintaining a positive atmosphere Experience Previous experience in outdoor work environments or event venues is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and groups Experience working with children or in hospitality settings enhances your ability to connect with diverse guests Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and processing transactions accurately Knowledge of safety protocols including CPR, first aid certification, and manual handling techniques Join us as a Mini Golf Attendant to deliver joyful experiences while honing your skills in customer service, safety management, and event coordination.
