Job Description
Now hiring counter/proshop staff and attendants for our golf club in Woodburn, IN. The Pro Shop Counter Associate serves as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth day-to-day operations. Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information regarding tee times, pricing, events, and course policies Process customer transactions including green fees, merchandise sales, and cart rentals Some minor food prep Prepare, stage, clean, and monitor golf carts to ensure they are ready for play Monitor pace of play and communicate with staff as needed Support tournament and outing operations as assigned Ability to become licensed to serve alcohol to patrons Basic cash handling and POS system experience preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Serious inquiries only.
