This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a passion for guest services. Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive and depart. Assist guests with their carts and clubs, ensuring they are properly organized and available for use. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cart area, including regular inspections and tidying up. Provide information about the facility, services, and events to enhance guest experience. Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the facility. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Assist in special events or activities as needed, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Experience in food service, hospitality, or public speaking is a plus. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. A background in theater or experience working with children is beneficial but not required. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
