Pool Safety Attendant 360 Cleaning & Staffing Seasonal Position 360 Cleaning & Staffing is hiring Pool Safety Attendants to monitor activity at a residential community swimming pool and help maintain a safe and organized environment for residents and guests. Pool Safety Attendants are responsible for actively monitoring designated areas of the pool facility, enforcing community rules, and assisting the supervisor with maintaining order and safety throughout the pool area. This position requires attentiveness, professionalism, and the ability to remain engaged while working outdoors during the pool season. Responsibilities Pool Safety Attendants are responsible for: Monitoring assigned areas of the pool facility Enforcing community pool rules and guest policies Assisting with maintaining a safe and organized environment Observing pool activity and reporting issues to the supervisor Rotating between monitoring positions throughout the shift Ensuring slide areas and pool deck remain safe for all guests Maintaining professional behavior while interacting with residents and guests Remaining attentive and actively observing their assigned area Work Environment This position requires working outdoors and remaining attentive while monitoring pool activity. Pool Safety Attendants must be able to stand and actively observe their assigned area for extended periods while on duty. Schedule Seasonal position Pool season runs approximately April through September Pool hours: Tuesday

• Sunday 10:00 AM
• 6:00 PM Staff shift: 9:45 AM
• 6:15 PM Staff typically work 3-5 shifts per week depending on scheduling needs.

Weekend availability is required.

Requirements Applicants must:

Be at least 16 years old Must be able to work weekdays and weekends during the day and afternoon hours. Have reliable transportation Be comfortable enforcing community rules Be able to stand and remain attentive for extended periods Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with residents and guests Be able to work outdoors in summer weather conditions Workplace Policies To maintain safety and professionalism: Personal phones are not permitted while on duty Employees must remain standing and actively monitoring their assigned area Professional behavior and appearance are required at all times Pay $10
