Step into leadership at Level99. As a Team Lead, you'll support the Team on the floor, coach performance in real time, and help ensure every Guest experience runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone ready to lead by example, stay hands-on, and take ownership of both Team performance and Venue standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Team Members and Guests by maintaining a strong, visible presence on the floor Coach and develop Team Members through real-time feedback and support Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall Venue standards Assist with task delegation, rotations, and operational flow Train new Team Members using structured, hands-on training methods Help resolve Guest concerns and escalate issues when needed
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
