Job Description

The Ace Club LLC is hiring a Golf Course Attendant to provide guest service and event support at a partner golf course in Stoneham, Massachusetts. This is an in-person, hourly W-2 position paying $21 per hour. Employees are paid for all required training and all hours worked. Position Overview The Golf Course Attendant will be stationed at a designated par-3 hole and help operate an organized on-course guest experience. The employee will greet golfers, explain the participation process, process payments, maintain accurate records, and keep the work area organized and professional. Primary Responsibilities Greet golfers in a friendly and professional manner Clearly explain the participation process and applicable rules Answer basic questions using company-provided information Process customer payments using a company-provided payment device Accurately record participants and transactions Set up and break down company signage, equipment, and materials Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area Communicate professionally with golfers, golf-course employees, and company management Follow company procedures and all applicable golf-course rules Immediately report payment issues, equipment problems, injuries, severe weather, customer disputes, or other operational concerns Perform other reasonable customer-service and event-support duties as assigned Qualifications Friendly and comfortable speaking with new people Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Professional and responsible when handling customer payments Comfortable using a tablet or mobile payment device Comfortable working outdoors for most of the shift Able to remain attentive during both busy and slower periods Reliable transportation to the Stoneham work location Available for at least some shifts between Thursday and Sunday Previous experience in golf-course operations, beverage-cart service, restaurants, hospitality, serving, bartending, events, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required. Golf knowledge is helpful but not required. Paid training will be provided. Schedule Part-time, ongoing position Shifts primarily available Thursday through Sunday Approximately 20-40 hours per week Exact days, shift times, and weekly hours may vary based on golf-course operations, weather, customer demand, and staffing needs No minimum number of weekly hours is guaranteed Compensation $21 per hour W-2 employee position Paid every other Friday Paid training Employees are paid for all hours worked Work Location This is an in-person position at a partner golf course in Stoneham, Massachusetts.
