Golf Shop Attendant JB Golf Services @ Indianwood Golf & Country Club Lake Orion, MI Pay $20.00 - $25.00 per hour , based on qualifications and experience. Job Type Part-Time (Seasonal with opportunity for year-round employment) Full-Time opportunities may be available for the right candidate. About Us JB Golf Services proudly manages the golf operations at Indianwood Golf & Country Club, one of Michigan's premier private clubs. Home to two championship 18-hole golf courses and a vibrant membership, Indianwood provides an exceptional golf experience built on outstanding service, professionalism, and hospitality. We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Golf Shop Attendant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for golf, and takes pride in providing first-class service. Position Summary As a Golf Shop Attendant, you will be one of the first faces our members and guests see each day. You will assist with the daily operations of the golf shop while helping create a welcoming, organized, and professional environment for our membership and guests. Responsibilities Welcome members and guests with exceptional customer service. Answer phones and assist members with golf shop inquiries. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for merchandise sales and golf services. Assist with merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and maintaining an attractive golf shop. Help prepare for tournaments, leagues, outings, and member events. Assist with tournament scoring, event setup, and Golf Genius administration. Utilize Club Caddie software for member services and daily golf shop operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the golf shop. Assist the Golf Professional Staff with daily operational needs. Provide knowledgeable information regarding club events, merchandise, golf services, and upcoming tournaments.
