Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cart Attendant to join our team. As a Cart Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart and assisting customers with their needs. Your attention to detail and friendly demeanor will contribute to providing an exceptional golf experience for our customers.

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
• Assist customers with food and beverage selections while making recommendations and promoting products and specials
• Taking payments for food and beverages
• Ensure that alcoholic beverages are not served to people under 21
• Maintain beverage and snack quality and service standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change
• Knowledge of food preparation and handling procedures is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing customer transactions
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
