Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated First Assistant Golf Attendant to join our golf operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the game, understands the standards of professional golf service, and can contribute to a smooth, welcoming experience for all players. Minimum Requirements Successful completion of the PGA Players Ability Test (P.A.T.) Previous golf industry experience (outside services, pro shop, course operations, or similar) Low playing handicap , demonstrating strong playing ability and course knowledge Excellent communication and customer‑service skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Responsibilities Assist with daily golf operations including tee sheet management, player check‑in, and pace‑of‑play monitoring Provide professional on‑course support and maintain high service standards Support outside services: cart staging, range setup, bag handling, and guest assistance Uphold course policies, safety standards, and a positive golfer experience Represent the facility with professionalism, integrity, and strong golf knowledge Compensation Hourly rate will vary depending on experience level, playing ability, and operational background.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
