THE JOB:
As a Lead Pool Guest Attendant, you will set the stage for an excellent guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE
$16.50 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Oversee the pool staff to meet safety standards, service delivery, cleanliness and ambiance; work with supporting departments to meet operational needs. Ensure the staff is providing safety by watching over water and deck areas and responding to emergency situations; adhere to company policies and legal requirements regarding safety, health, and welfare of guests, employees, and the property. Ensure the staff is proactively greeting and interacting with guests while adhering to company service standards; assist all guests with pool side needs to include seating, towels, hours of operations, ADA requirements, amenities, directions and other needs. Ability to direct guests to key locations in the property including emergency exits and procedures. Respond and resolve guest needs in a timely manner and creatively solve problems with the ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties. Supervise the completion of daily pool set-up and breakdown needs, cleaning, linen distribution and maintaining attentiveness to the environment to enhance guest experience.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must be 18 years or older.
