Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests at our pool area. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Pool Attendant will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the pool area while providing exceptional service to guests. Duties Monitor the pool area to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules. Check in Members and Guest as they arrive to the pool and assist guests with questions regarding pool facilities and services. Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, lounge chairs, and surrounding areas. Provide food and beverage service to guests at the poolside. Handle cash transactions accurately for food service and other amenities. Assist in organizing and managing poolside events or activities. Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring a positive experience. Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Experience working with children is a plus, particularly in a recreational setting. Knowledge of food service operations, including cash handling procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Public speaking skills are beneficial for leading activities or events at the pool. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
