Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Golf Shop Attendant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about golf and customer service. As a Golf Shop Attendant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a welcoming environment in the golf shop.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting customers with purchases and inquiries. Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records. Manage and organize golf shop merchandise. Schedule tee times and handle reservations. Provide information about golf course policies and promotions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop. Assist with inventory management and restocking. Maintain golf carts to include the staging and cleaning of carts when necessary Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic knowledge of golf and related equipment (preferred). Ability to handle transactions and operate a point-of-sale system. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
