Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Golf Cart Attendant to enhance the member experience at our premier country club. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the fleet of golf carts, assisting members with their needs, and ensuring a welcoming environment that aligns with our commitment to exceptional service.
Core Responsibilities Cart Preparation and Maintenance:
Golf cart attendants ensure that all golf carts are clean, fully operational, and stocked with necessary items such as scorecards, pencils, towels and sand bottles. They also perform services related to member pull carts and maintain the Club bag room. Daily end-of-day responsibilities include cleaning carts, restocking carts, parking carts in the cart storage area, and connecting them to charging stations.
Customer Service:
Attendants greet golfers, assist with loading and unloading golf bags, provide ice and additional towels if needed. They serve as a primary point of contact for members, answering questions, and ensuring a welcoming experience from arrival to departure. High-level communication skills and professional demeanor are essential.
Course Operations Support:
Attendants manage the staging area, ensuring carts are organized and accessible for tee times. They additionally have primary responsibility for driving range operations, including picking balls and cleaning range balls, and supporting tournament setups or other special events. They also coordinate with the Pro Shop and address on-course issues.
Physical and Work Requirements:
The role often requires standing for long periods, lifting to 50 pounds, and working in various weather conditions. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours, is expected.
