You will be greeting guests, communicating with other hotel staff members, and providing a clean room to start off an impactful experience for each guest. Your role is crucial and is a key component in providing an exemplary stay for our patrons. Responsibilities Strip and make beds Remove trash and dirty linens Clean guest suites and bathrooms including walls Vacuum and mop Restock guest amenities and supplies in rooms Straighten, dust, and polish desk items, furniture, appliances Completed assigned special projects including quarterly deep cleans Report any maintenance issue, and found items to housekeeping management Greet and respond to guest request in a timely manner Restock and keep your cart clean as well as ensure assign equipment is working properly Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to the guest Clean all assigned guest rooms in accordance with company and brand standards Keep housekeeping cart and storage areas neat and clean Ensure that housekeeping cart is stocked with an adequate amount of guest supplies and linen Report any maintenance issues found in guest rooms immediately Report any malfunctioning equipment in guest rooms immediately Turn in all items left in guest room to be placed in lost and found Remove room service trays and any dirty dishes from guest room or hallways Report any room discrepancies immediately Ensure that all cleaning supplies are in properly marked bottles/containers Report any malfunctioning housekeeping equipment immediately Follow all safety and sanitation policies Attend to guests requests promptly and in a courteous manner
