You are attentive to our guests' needs as you serve food and beverages to pool guests. You also maintain the pool area by ensuring it is clean and well-stocked. As Pool Attendant, you are not a lifeguard; however, you may be the first responder in emergency situations and must be willing to become CPR certified.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure pool area is clean and towels are stocked. Monitor the pool area and enforce safety regulations; may be a first responder in emergency situations. Maintain cleanliness of pool decks by straightening and stacking chairs and removing used towels and trash. Serve food and beverages to pool guests. Buss tables after guests have finished their food and beverages. Setup party tables and games for ease of guest use. Identify and report defects throughout the pool area; report any maintenance issues to the engineering department. Provide guests with the finest quality of service at all times in a warm and enthusiastic manner. Respond to guest requests and complaints timely, efficiently, appropriately and in a friendly manner; escalate complaints to management when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of food service and pool safety practices. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to utilize quick thinking and apply quick resolution to guest issues in accordance to the brand standards. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
