Essential Functions:
- Assist Member's and their guests with the unloading of all equipment from their vehicle
- Interact with staff, members, vendors and visitors in a positive and professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of staff and members.
- Retrieve all ski/riding equipment from the ski valet - carry their skis/boards out onto the snow
- Clean off and store equipment at the end of their day
- Keep the Club in immaculate order; keep all spaces clean and organized
- Trash Removal as needed
- Snow Removal around club building to keep surfaces safe to walk on
- Work with the Club Manager and Director of Membership to create seamless experiences for our Members and their guests by exceeding their expectations
- Additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
Working Environment:
- Interior of hotel / membership building, in normal office conditions.
- Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, plus one year relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be attentive to detail.
- Must have rudimentary knowledge of accounting.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must be pleasant and friendly.
Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
