Essential Functions:
Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests using surnames when obtained. Provide staff customer service training to staff through daily line-ups and monthly OSI trainings. Maintain ski rental equipment inventory and quality control. Knowledge of all work station duties and functions. Scheduling and facilitating training for shop staff. Help resolve issues provide training prevent them from reoccurring. Document all staff related issues and provide information to Director of Skier Services. Provide exceptional service to guests. Assist with purchasing and receiving rental equipment. Processing online rental orders, preparing and organize next day pick up.

Computer Printer Liability Forms Telephone Pens, Screwdrivers, file folders, filing cabinet, din charts Tech bench
Working Environment:
Interior of base lodge, in all areas of the base lodge. Exterior of base lodge with exposure to weather conditions.
Qualifications:
Three years of rental shop experiencerequired. Great customer service skills.
