The Clubhouse is a lively community destination combining sports, entertainment, and great food. If you love creating delightful experiences for customers and working with a vibrant team, we're looking for a Golf Attendant like you!

Position Responsibilities:

Greet Customers:

Welcome customers, have an openness to questions and maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times.

Assist Customers:

Help customers with the use of our indoor golf simulators Talk with

Customers:

Take orders and serve drinks. Be friendly and make people feel welcome.

Answer Phones:

Takeincoming phone calls for take-out orders or golf bookings.

Troubleshoot:

Help with any issues that customers may have with the golf simulators.

Proper Maintenance:

Keep simulators, equipment and facility clean and in proper order.

Help Teammates:

Work with other staff members, especially if someone's missing.

Teamwork and Tip Sharing:

At The Clubhouse, everyone works together as a team. Guests may move around our venue, and their check follows them. So, all staff members share tips. Some jobs might get a bit more of the tips, but everyone is important in serving our guests. If you work here, you must be okay with sharing tips with your teammates.
